The construction system with application of the non-removable formwork

The new construction system T-Block is offered. The system T-Block consists of modular blocks of non-removable formwork, heat-insulated, constructional filler and holders.

The purpose of the system T-Block

The construction system of the non-removable formwork T-Block is intended for outside and inside walls arrangement, partitions and basement walls for cottage and multistory, solid-cast frame construction, industrial and administrative buildings construction.

The construction system of the non-removable formwork T-Block is provided for simultaneous forming of reinforced concrete framework and self-bearing walls in low-rise construction.

In multistory construction the arrangement of outside and inside walls and partitions is performed with the help of the system T-Block.

Description of the T-Block system components

The blocks, which make it possible to form walls and partitions of different sizes and configurations, are the main component of the construction system T-Block.

The material for the blocks production is crushed limestone (90-95%), cement brand M400, M500 (5-10%) and water (6-12% for mass of dry components), which in compression under high pressure forms very strong and perfectly smooth block. As a result, the block comes out resistant to external actions of nature and isn’t broken down from dampness and thermal gradient. The structure of the surface assures good adhesion with plaster and concrete. The size of the main block is 120*240*80(Н) mm.

The blocks of the non-removable formwork are connected with each other by П, Н, 2Н– holders from zinc-coated steel.

The blocks of the non-removable formwork are filled with heat-insulated, constructional and heat-insulated and constructional concrete. External walls don’t need additional winterization and finishing.

The thickness of the wall is determined by the project.

Filling of the non-removable formwork

• Light-weight and cellular concretes on cement or plaster binder are the filler of the non-removable formwork in construction of outside and inside walls. The placement of the solid-cast concrete is performed manually or by mechanical means. Some variants of concretes are shown in the table below.

Name Compression resistance, МPa Calculation of heat conduction coefficient, W/(m°C) Volume weight in dry state kg/m3 Estimated value of resistance to heat conduction of walling construction by wall thickness of 480 mm
1 Perliteconcrete, sioporconcrete 1-2,5 0,08-0,1 250-400 4,93
2 Gypsum perliteconcrete 0,5-1 0,085-0,1 250-400

3 Foamed concrete 1-1,5 0,085-0,14 250-400

4 Gypsum foamed concrete 0,5-1 0,08-0,13 250-400

Finishing of outside walls

Due to the production technology blocks of the non-removable formwork have accurate geometrical sizes, bevels, vast color gamut. The blocks of the non-removable formwork are facing.

If a customer chooses other variant of outward finishing we recommend:

  • Painting using facture masonry paints.
  • Thin-layer plastering with light plaster mixture Thermo-Light with painting using exterior paints.
  • Any mounted ventilated facades with facing by decorative panels, siding, lining boards, etc.

Finishing of inside walls

To obtain a plane surface it’s enough just to apply evenly a thin layer of coating on the wall under wallpaper or painting. Mixers on cement or plaster binder are used for plastering and coating.

The form of the outside wall

It’s possible to fill bevels of the blocks with decorative façade mortars of any color after the wall placing.
