Charging grinding-mixing plant, Model CGM16

This unit is used for the grinding of initial raw materials (aggregates) and mixing with other components needed, such us cement, dyes, etc., resulting in a ready mixture delivery to the press receiving bin.

CGM-16 designed to secure optimum workable mixture preparation, used in semi-dry process, where the initial fineness of raw material is about 0-20 mm.

The combination of the grinding and mixing processes in one unit allows the reduction of the workable mixture preparation time and to decrease equipment cost.

CGM-16 is equipped by an automated weighting system of the mixture dry components and the water batching system, which guarantees the homogeneity of the mixture through all mixing cycles and the consistent quality of the products produced.

The automatic weighting system is the part of the skip which brings up the components to the grinding-mixing block. The grinding-mixing block is equipped with automatically operated pneumatic hatches for feeding and discharging, upper and lower rotors for grinding and mixing, and a water dispersing unit which starts simultaneously with the rotors.

As an option, CGM-16 can be equipped with an extra conveyer for second press feeding.
