Automated line for production of bricks and paving slabs

Line for production of bricks by dry pressing method model A300-4 has a capacity of 12 million bricks per year in 3-shift work.

The line A300-4 includes the:

• hydraulic press, model A300-C2 ( A140-C2) - 4 pieces;
• Charging grinding-mixing plant, Model CGM16 - 1 pc;
• Complex heat and humidity treatment KTVO-12 - 4 pcs.

The composition of the additional accessories (optional):

• Manipulator-stacker - 4 pieces;
• Crane-manipulator KM-2 or Semi-automatic crane KBP-2 - 1 pieces;
• mechanized complex packaging - 1 pieces;
• other equipment.

Additionally the cost of equipment includes:

• 12 month warranty on parts, defective manufacturer;
• Preparation of the customer - no more than 3 persons (not including the cost of accommodation, meals, transportation);
• Commissioning and running the equipment at the plant in the presence of the customer's staff and with the simultaneous training of customer personnel;
• packing, loading and securing equipment to transport the customer;
• issuing certificates of origin;
• Customs clearance in country of supplier;
